He said he'd only lost a few pounds, but that his wife had lost more. Everyone is different, so there's no guarantee that this will work for you. However, I've noticed increased energy in myself, diminished cravings plus appetite. I've lost 13 pounds in the last two weeks thanks to a combination of taking Velocity plus the South Beach diet. I couldn't be happier with the results plus I intend to continue purchasing Velocity until I'm at my target weight. While we understand the concept of eating healthy plus exercise, we wanted something to give us an extra push. This did it. In three months I lost 25 pounds, my husband 65 pounds. It's been 6 months since we've taken Velocity but we have kept the weight off just by having a healthier lifestyle. So unlike many other diet pills out there you don't put the weight back. Nothing is a magic wand, you yourself needs to put forth some of the effort as well. We have recently purchased again as we are looking for more "definition" now, fingers crossed we have the same results!
