But, after awhile I got tired of taking so many vitamins. Instead I am using EFA from swanson health vitamins. They have a website. I take a hair, skin, plus nails supplement, plus two tbsp of EFA everyday. I would continue buying this, but it was to many pills plus the price is crazy.
