Because I wanted to give the product a fair chance to do what it was promoting itself to do, I ordered 2 more bottles from Amazon. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I was not a strict dieter, however, with my exercise regimen plus change in some of the overt diet sabbotages, I figure a loss of at least 10-15lbs over a period of 3 months would be reasonable...didn't happen. I wont totally trash the product, because I didn't strictly diet (TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK). BUT I think that when you follow a strict diet(maintain a healthy,reduced caloric count) plus exercise you will lose weight. I will add that my primary focus with choosing this product was to attack my belly fat, System Six made no appreciable difference. My starting measurement is the same as my ending measurement after 3 months. |
