What I really liked was how it affected my skin plus hair, which are normally dry. My skin looks dewey plus softer, plus my hair is shininer, for sure. My husband even noticed my skin (he never notices anything, trust me) So, I think it's worth trying plus I will order my second batch. After that, I think it will get too expensive to order every month, so I'll just try to find replacements at the health food store for cheaper. I am writing to give my personal review of the Fat Flush kit. This is a very easy program to follow plus the smoothies are really tasty plus helps you to stay on track. I lost almost 10 pounds in my 1st 2 weeks on the program plus never felt hungry. The breakfast smoothie keeps me full for 4 hours or so. I also purchased the fat flush body protein as well as the hi-ligin flax oil to make the smoothies.
