I'm tired of fad diets here today plus recalled tomorrow. I needed a diet plan that was (1)safe plus healthly so I don't have to worry about future harmful effects on my body; (2)convenient--no special cooking or grocery shopping other than what my family eats; (3)relatively inexpensive--can't afford gym fees or monthly fees, plus (4) diversified enough to allow me to stay on this diet long-term.
