I have put a lot of pounds on, I was 22 years old that time, had been using this product for 3 months plus didn't drop a pound. I was about to give up when the sales rep told me to try for one more month. I did plus boom, I lost like 30lbs in 2 weeks after being on month four, plus then I was loosing daily 1-2 lbs. It took me like maybe 6-7 months when i finally got my goal from 187 lbs to 114 lbs. I have never felt better plus my skin looked Amusing almost my entire body glowed. Although my results were good I cant guarantee the same results for everyone but I recommend to try it, it is safe.
