I did ob well the first shipment which lasted me about 5 weeks plus have lost 10 pounds. I lost the weight through calorie counting plus exercise, not just shakes alone. My initial email from my distributor told me to consume 1100-1200 calories a day, that would make anyone lose weight fast, duh. I said screw that plus found my ideal calories from My Fitness Pal plus went to work. I will not lie, after the first few days of shakes plus snacks, I was starving/famished even. I then found better snack choices including a poached egg over dry toast, tasty plus filling to get me through the beginning. I now dont need the heavy duty snacks plus do great with Laughing Cow soft cheese plus wheat crackers. This isn't a gimmicky, nasty tasting shake--you'll be peasantly surprised at how good the powder smells as soon as you open the package. I hit upon the perfect shake after just a few experiments-- (I wasn't too thrilled with the mix-in packets--too artificial tasting)2 scoops of mix, 14 oz nonfat milk, plus a scant tablespoon of unsweetened 100% cocoa powder, plus you are in Chocolate heaven! Two of these shakes a day, two fruit snacks, plus a sensible, low carb dinner have produced Amusing results. As a type 2 diabetic, I have seen my glucose levels plummet to near normal, plus I have energy plus an incredible sense of well being (must be all that chocolate!) |
