The results plus science behind them (from what I heard on that episode) were astounding! But very soon they became hard to find! I've lost about 25lbs the old fashioned way by working out plus eating as healthy as I can, yet I'm human, so I don't always workout as much as I should, plus I really like chocolate plus snacks, which really add up calorie wise.
