I only in the last 8 months have started mixing it with 10oz of Chia seeds ( pre soaked ) Instead of plain water. plus 1/3 cup of blueberries.I might not need all 40g of Protein but... for what it has done for me over the last 3+ years it's worth the price.. which has risen a bit but... so it has on everything else.
