But.. only once I learned that the appetite suppressant effect is at its maximum about 45 minutes after I take it. Also, I'm not sure it would help me that much if I hadn't already committed to a reduced calorie diet. You still need to watch what you eat etc, but if you are already doing that plus want some help during those times you are tempted to cheat, this is an excellent product for that kind of help, IMO.I'm taking two capsules in the morning on empty stomach before breakfast plus two capsules before lunch. Though I'm still having problems with wanting to cheat after supper.. I'm concerned it may keep me from sleeping well if I take it late. I am so desperate to lose weight though, think I will start taking two before supper plus plan to take Benadryl before bedtime. Lots of pills, I know but this kind of regimen seems like it would be better than going to a weight loss clinic plus getting diet drugs which is what I was thinking... I have yet to take any of these pills because I'm not sure what's in the bottle. I have purchased this same product at Vitamin Shoppe but this was not the product just the products label.Please understand that if you purchase the actual product brand that it is a really good product.
