What I notice for me was that it took about a month to get into my system plus sometime in the second month I began to strengthen in muscle mass, my receeding hair line stop plus it is still regrowing to where my hair was years ago, thicker plus fuller. I sleep better plus more deeply. I get into that dream state where you feel really rested plus it takes a minute or two to wake up when you come out of it, refreshing. So I reordered it plus I am on my second course of it plus although results don't happen overnight, overtime I am reaping the benefits of a stronger more energized self. That's a lot of gelatin capsule to digest for those people whose stomachs don't care for the capsules in large quantities.
