I was hoping the isolate version would make it bearable but sadly it's just as bad. I used this plus the traditional Syntha-6 with Lactose free milk plus had the same results. At the end of the day it has to be something in the proprietary blend that doesn't agree with me. I guess it's time to go back to the original Whey Isolate supplement as that doesn't make me unpleasant to be around. If you have a fragile system then I'd stay away if I were you. |
