IT IS Amusing! Not only it is easy to take because you don't have to take it before food but just the opposite, plus it can be taken any time of day (so it doesn't matter if you forget - a plus for me because I don't ever remember to take my pills). I have not even finished the bottle plus when I came back from vacations everyone at the office was amazed at how good I looked. I feel lighter, my clothes fit better. I will order more of this product plus will recommend it to anyone. Of course, every organism is different plus some pills don't work for some people (like the ones I left home).
