Amusing Source Naturals Magnesium Malate 1250mg

Product Description

But listen, thanks to T-3, bodybuilders can now experience optimal thyroid hormone levels... but without any "shut down" of their natural production.* That's because T-3 actually makes your thyroid gland produce more thyroid hormone on a continual basis.* It works also because it has the unique ability to greatly activate iodine update, which is the chemical trigger in the body that releases massive amounts of natural thyroid hormone into the bloodstream.* And this is the secret to getting shredded beyond all belief... the permanent speeding of your metabolic rate by naturally increasing your thyroid hormone output.* But here's one for "scientific history books" because T-3 actually causes your thyroid gland to increase peripheral specific thyroid hormone turnover!!* This is "your thyroid hormone T-4" plus it's specifically "coded" to attach to your individual cellular receptor site to form T-3.* Additionally, T3 increases UCP3 uncoupling protein, which can have profound effects on fat loss.* In fat cells, uncoupling dramatically increases lipolysis. So by supplemental intake of T-3 one is able to control lipolysis through two different mechanisms: Thyroid Specific Turnover plus Uncoupling in Fat Specific Mitochondria.* But here's the kicker. There's something else extra thyroid hormone can help "ignite" in addition to fat-loss, plus that's muscle growth.* That's right... thyroid hormone accelerates all processes, even protein synthesis!!*

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, IBS, plus Lupus of all things. I've suffered from fatigue, insomnia, muscle/joint pain, muscle cramps/twitches, migraines, plus heart palpitations for the last 15 years. Recently, I was diagnosed with hypermobility syndrome. Doing research on my own, I plugged in my symptoms plus came up with magnesium deficiency. I started taking Slo-Mag, plus did see some improvement in my muscle twitches plus heart palpitations. I could not take it for long because of intestinal upset. My doctor recommended magnesium malate, suggesting that it would not have the same side effects. I was hopeful, but had no idea what a difference it would make. I take just one pill a day. Within 3 days, my symptoms were 80% gone. I quit taking my pain pills, migraine pills plus sleeping pills. I have no intestinal upset at all if I it take with food. I have been able to get back into vigorous exercise routines with no debilitating foot cramps or heart palpitations. I... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, July 31, 2011

Have been taking this product for a couple of years now for fatigue. The difference is clear plus awesome. Somewhere below, somebody gave the advice to take 2 portions of calcium for each single portion of magnesium. That recommendation is actually INCORRECT. I have sold magnesium plus calcium products for years plus specialize in this area.

The 2:1 calcium/magnesium ratio works ONLY for people who have a fairly BALANCED body. People who have problems plus symptoms, will require calcium in an amount that is either equal, none at all, or somewhere in between. It will be up to the user. The reason is simple: people with symptoms have magnesium imbalance tend to have a problem with calcium metabolism. They need high magnesium plus low to no calcium. I have seen endless examples of this. Once a person gets better it may be ok to increase the calcium. But if you feel worse with the calcium, drop it again plus stick for with the magnesium.

The standard 2:1 calcium/magnesium... Read more

Using this Mag Malate product at the rate of 6 tabs a day (2 pills 3x/day, with meals = about 800 mg.) has made a dramatic improvement in my husband's primary long-standing Raynaud's disease. He normally has ice-cold fingers plus toes -- to the point of complete discoloration -- even in hot weather, plus even more so when stressed or fatigued. (See the Wiki article for description plus photos.) He has been taught & used relaxation/breathing techniques plus can warm up his fingers that way, but it takes time plus isn't always convenient.

He is NOT much of a pill taker at all, but in just these two weeks of use, he has become committed to this product. His fingers are warm plus a normal red color now.

This product doesn't cause loose stools (diarrhea) like mag citrate could at this dosage. We have now put it on auto-ship, which makes it less expensive. For two people, one bottle lasts one month (6 pills/day x 30 days = 180 pills; x two people = 360 pills.)... Read more
