After being on NSAIDs for 1 1/2 years with very painful plantar fasciitis I decided to search for a natural healer plus anti-inflammatory fighter when I read all about the natural Betalains in the Nopal cactus juice. That is when I went for one last cortisone shot (April 26, 2012) in my right heal (no more shots according to the Dr.) so I had order this juice to being taking (1 oz) 2 X a day for a whole month to see if it actually worked as my cortisone wore off plus I am very pleased to report that my pain has been held at bay plus I continue to take this juice daily. I have not taken any ibuprofens or any other pain killers since the end of April.

This juice is "GODD AWEFUL" to drink! I tried mixing it in pineapple juice or apple juice plus that was OK but still it took me a long time to drink. Now I just take a sip of some juice to coat my tongue plus before swallowing I quickly add in a sip of Nopal juice before downing the hatch plus that has worked out the best for me... Read more
